Pet Care Veterinarian Support Consultant* Must have valid DVM.Job duties will include:* Responsible for veterinarian peer review of health concerns involving pets. Expertise and knowledge in veterinary medicine will allow to assess the accuracy and validity of the health concerns presented.* Provide guidance on contact handling when sensitive health concerns are received. This involves offering support and advice on how to handle these situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality to ensure sensitive health concerns are addressed appropriately and with the utmost care.* Assist with training (both new hire and refresher training) within your area of expertise, which includes basic pet care, pet health, and pet nutrition. Leveraging knowledge and experience to help create and possibly train contact center employees equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care and support to pets and their owners.
