Job Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador your role is to showcase and promote food products to potential customers. You will engage with consumers at various locations, such as grocery stores, food fairs, restaurants, and trade shows, to create a positive culinary experience and drive product sales. Through your enthusiastic and informative demonstrations, you will educate consumers about the features, benefits, and unique qualities of the food products, ultimately influencing their purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstration: Conduct live demonstrations of food products, highlighting their taste, quality, ingredients, and preparation methods to capture the attention and interest of customers.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the food products you are demonstrating, including their nutritional value, sourcing, production process, and any unique selling points. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Sales Promotion: Actively engage with customers, explaining the product's value proposition and answering their questions. Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage customers to try and purchase the demonstrated products.
• Order Processing: Place orders for the demonstrated products and products with low or no stock in the store. Ensure accurate completion of order forms, process payments, and provide customers with order confirmation details.
• Merchandising: Collaborate with store managers or event organizers to merchandise the products effectively. Set up attractive displays, arrange product samples, and ensure proper signage to enhance visibility and encourage sales.
• Set-up and Preparation: Ensure all necessary equipment, utensils, and ingredients are ready before each demonstration. Organize and maintain a clean and inviting demonstration area that adheres to food safety regulations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations, addressing customer concerns, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with store managers, event organizers, and other stakeholders to secure excellent demonstration locations and maximize exposure for the food products.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Record customer feedback, preferences, and sales data during demonstrations. Prepare detailed reports on product performance, customer interactions, and market insights to share with relevant teams.
• Training and Education: Stay informed about new product launches, updates, and modifications. Conduct training sessions for retail staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the food products and equipped to promote them effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional culinary or food-related certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or food service industry.
• Passion for food and strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality, comfortable with public speaking and performing in front of large groups.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Provide own transportation to deliver orders.
• Travel around the state of Texas.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy equipment or food items.

This position will mostly consist of Thursday - Sunday from 10 am - 6 pm.

Pay: $15 / Hour
