Responsibilities:Our Material Handling Group is currently looking for a full time Corporate Trainer for the Wilmington area. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:Conduct technical training for internal techniciansWork with local managers to track and schedule training to keep technicians up to date with current requirementsStay up to date on current productsProvide technical troubleshoot for technicians and customers as needed and work within support ticketing systemCompleting training in a timely, efficient and professional mannerProviding exceptional customer serviceWork and manage workloads independentlyProper completion and submission of all required paperworkPerforms other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience is highly preferableKnowledge of safety compliance for operating equipmentCoach, evaluate and develop skills of class participantsTraveling between our branch offices and customer sites as neededStrong working knowledge of electric and internal combustion unitsGood mechanical aptitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skills and professionalism required. Ability to work with people of various levels of intelligence.Technical background with good computer skillsWell organizedWillingness to learnDesire to succeed and a flexible “can do” attitudeComputer programs - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookLanguage Skills - High: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.Reasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
