Responsibilities: Alta Equipment Group is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator at our Livonia, MI headquarters. The responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:Work with electric vehicle/fleet sales reps Process orders received via email and ensure accuracyResponsible for order process from time of receipt through invoicingWork with internal departments including Service, AR, APEnsure all policies & procedures are being followedContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsCommunicate important feedback from customers internallyEnsure sales targets are met and report any deviationsStay up-to-date with new products and features Desired Skills and Qualifications: Proven work experience as a sales admin or sales support personPrevious experience at a dealership Understanding of sales performance metricsAbility to multitaskStrong interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and well-organizedStrong work ethicGood communication skillsComputer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, eXtend (ERP systems), the InternetLanguage Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Mathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
