**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a drive for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Duties:**

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues

- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they meet performance goals

- Manage inventory levels, stock shelves, and oversee merchandising

- Conduct interviews, hire new employees, and assist in scheduling

- Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and meet financial targets

- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately

- Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on team management and sales

- Strong knowledge of cash register operations, stock management, and training development

- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers

- Experience in conducting interviews and hiring processes

- Excellent phone etiquette skills for customer inquiries and internal communication
