An Alstom P&CRO Sales Manager primary responsibilities are to monitor the market, identify and pursue sales opportunities within their customers and territory. Alstom P&CRO Sales Manager also helps to ensure a company's clients are satisfied with the products and services they've received. A P&CRO Sales Manager is responsible for obtaining revenue intake targets, customer satisfaction level, SAP and Wall C data updates that pertains to communications with the clients. P&CRO Sales Manager visit clients in-person when required as well as managing accounts remotely. Ultimately the role of an P&CRO Sales Manager is to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other related field.
  • At least 7 years' experience in rail or related business, or project engineering industry.
  • High proficiency/acumen in organization's products and services.
  • Good knowledge and connections with Transport clients / customers in the Country/Cluster/Region (Desirable)
  • Good numeric and analytical abilities
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to convince, influence & persuade
  • Good problem solving, critical thinking and decision making
  • Business development acumen and the ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to adapt to demanding and changing environment
  • International mindset with good language skills
  • Sensitive to global & local cultural factors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of engineers, project managers, customer service representatives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience writing and delivering communications like proposals to customers
  • Responding to Overhaul and Parts bids experience
  • Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients
  • Acting as the point of contact if clients have any issues and helping them work through problems
SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $135,000
