What You Will Get To Do: Answer shareholder and Broker/Dealer calls and respond to inquiries related to general account information, fund performance, fund portfolio holdings, cost basis, etc. Review new account documentation and establish accounts as needed Review and respond to requests from clients, intermediaries and shareholders Analyze and complete trades, maintenances, statement requests and written inquiries Correspond with and contact Dealers and Investors as needed Research and callout to Broker/Dealers in regards to NSCC trading Perform callout campaigns for Clients What You Will Bring: Interpersonal and customer service skills - 100% Phones Attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Industry experience and or knowledge of the NSCC would be a plus but not required Must be willing to work on site 2 days/week Must be willing to work 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM MT/11:00 AM to 7:30 PM CT.
