Fast paced veterinary clinic looking for full-time receptionist to work afternoon/evening hours. The ideal person must have superb customer service experience and be able to multi-task in a busy environment. Receptionist experience required. Job duties include but not limited: to answering multi-line phone, scheduling appointments, filing records, checking in and discharging patients, payment transactions, relaying information between clients and veterinarians.
