Role Responsibilities :

Coordinate Operations : As a Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in executing power washing projects efficiently and maintaining quality standards.

You'll be responsible for managing service locations with our state-of-the-art, truck-mounted equipment.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service that meets our high standards for customer experience.

This involves interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

Safety Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and company protocols.

What We Offer :

Competitive Compensation : Starting pay range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience, plus tips / commissions which is usually $3.

00-$4.00 an hour extra on average

What You Bring :

• Excellent customer service skills : prior sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written / verbal).
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Motivation to excel in the role. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Experience in power washing is not a requirement, but experience in construction or sports / athletics is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
