The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse with demonstrated expertise in psychiatric nursing, leadership, and management skills. The Nurse Manager is responsible for creating an environment conducive to achieving quality outcomes, effective use of resources and retention of quality staff. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the management and development of the assigned resources, human and fiscal, FTE’s, budgets, implementation of quality control, quality improvement, satisfaction of clients, families, staff and providers.
