```Duties```

- assist customers inside and outside of office with uhaul sevices including hooking up trailers, loading pads,dolles,boxes cleaning uhaul trucks and inspecting for safty

- use of smartphone-based technology to check trucks in

- provide sweeping,vacuming,wiping and mopping for storage units,hallways,restrooms,elivators,ect

- Maintain and track cleaning supplies inventory,requesting supplies as needed

- Other duties as assigned, property cleaning,ect

- use of power washers,leaf blower,snow blower and other property tools as well as hand tools,hammers,drills,shovals,ect

- snow removal and proper safety during winter, removal of snow on stairs,trucks,buldings,and parking lot

- security, walking the property looking for out of place items or unlocked doors and securing them.

- renting trucks and speaking to customers daily

-Disposal of trash and other yard debris
- Provide administrative support to the team by performing various clerical tasks
- File and maintain documents, records, and correspondence in an organized manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

```Experience```

-high school diploma or equivalent

- must have valid drivers license and clean dmv record
- Previous experience in a similar role as an attendant is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. may be required to use protectiv clothing or gear such as masks,goggles,gloves or face shields.

the work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary,moving around indoors and outside,positinig oneself to reach objects at varying hights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.assisted or unassisted and climbing tall latter's to reach 30ft places of repair or part placement
