Basic Function: Responsible for On Maid Goal and Scheduling Consistency

Wage: $9 - $12/hr

Job Summary

Ultimately responsible for our maid hiring pipeline. You will be in charge of everything from posting the job listing to ensuring good placement and ensuring good fit and happiness through the first 3 months of employment. In addition, you will be responsible for the maids daily schedule and dispatch in the morning as well some administrative work like processing time off requests and adjusting maid time clocks.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Recruiting and Talent Management

• Post jobs, interview, onboard, and hire maids according to company staffing goals.
• Nurture candidates from interview to orientation via phone calls, text messages, and emails to ensure they show up prepared for orientation.
• Work with operations manager to ensure happiness of maids from onboarding to offboarding.

Organizational Development

• Ensure existing positions are achieving department goals and align with core processes.
• Create, edit, and implement processes as needed with approval from the leadership team and ownership.

Operational Management

• In charge of morning dispatch.
• Ensure all schedules are set and maids are ready to dispatch by 8AM MST.
• Ensure all maids arrive at homes by 9am.
• Customer service and communication surrounding scheduling and dispatch.
• Act as concierge for maids in the morning to ensure they are happy and successful throughout the rest of the day.
• Keep as many maids as possible scheduled to their regular homes.
• Attend morning briefs to inform the team of any information needed to ensure a smooth day for our maids and our clients.
• Develop and continuously improve operational processes to support quickly adding more employees.

Administrative:

• In charge of daily schedule (set by 8am)
• In charge of master schedule and quarterly master schedule audits
• In charge of maid time clock adjustments
• In charge of time off requests

Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
