Clinical Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
We are currently seeking a mental health practitioner to serve the Greater Boise area, with offices located in Boise and Meridian.
This position is a hybrid of in-person and telehealth services, allowing staff the option to decide how much of each to incorporate into their responsibilities. Such tasks include scheduling clients, initiating intakes, providing therapy sessions, and collaborating with a clinical supervisor regularly.
Our office is responsible for intake screenings and assigning blocks of time for clinicians to arrange client sessions. Most counselors opt to work four days a week, beginning around 10/11 a.m. and concluding around 6/7 p.m. to ensure work-life balance.
Compensation:
- Starting hourly rate of $40 - $50
- Raises every six months
- Unlimited pay potential; raises based on earnings
