Details about the job:

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned commercial spaces.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors in offices, lobbies, and other areas.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, transporting waste to disposal areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Use and maintain assigned cleaning equipment and materials properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• We service the greater Spokane area
• Full-Time and Part Time positions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred, but not required.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
• Hard work and motivation are a MUST!
• Must have a Reliable Smart Phone
• Great Communication Skills
• Commercial cleaning can be tiring: you must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.
• Must be willing to provide criminal and background check
• Ability to work in a team or solo
• Drive to and from locations based on scheduling
• Clean reachable areas in businesses with use of a two-step ladder
• Keep equipment clean and always in ready to use conditions
• Attention to details

This would be a great change of pace for those who have previous experience in Hotel Housekeeping (Room Attendant), Daycare assistant, or other cleaning/Maid Services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
