Gekko Allstate Insurance agency is hiring for bilingual Insurance sales/service staff to join our growing team! We are looking for a team player that is good with people, loves helping others and wants to build and grow in a new career!

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese
• Property and Casualty license required (can help obtain license)
• Life license is a plus but not required
• Can work close quarters with other colleagues
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Job Duties:

• Handle inbound phone calls
• Navigate and help walk- ins
• Outbound calling, service or cross sell NO COLD CALLING
• Answer customer questions and guiding them on offered programs
• Provide accurate and friendly client support
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Make presentations and develop quotes
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Pay : Offer to start $27/hr, once licensed can make 6% of P&C premiums sold and share in agency incentives, be sponsored at our cost for Life licensing where you can make roughly 50% of premiums sold.
