Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients for weekends only. This position requires good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for admissions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by MD
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with our healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Adhere to policy and procedure protocols for safety and infection control

Experience:
- Previous experience working with Axxess Home Health software system is a plus but not required
- Experience working in home health setting is a plus but not required

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
