- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development in infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months.
- Provide a nurturing and responsive caregiving environment that fosters secure attachments and promotes exploration and independence.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing daily updates on their child's activities, milestones, and routines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and developmentally appropriate practices within the infant program.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper sanitation procedures and adherence to licensing regulations.
- Supported lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for infants.
- Assisted with diapering, feeding, and comforting infants, maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Engaged in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance skills in infant care and early childhood education.
