Full-Time Director - Portola Valley, CA

As the Summer Camp Director, you will be at the helm of creating an environment that sparks excitement and discovery, providing both campers and staff with an unforgettable experience. Location: Portola Valley Area Elementary Schools

Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm (Work schedule and hours are based on attendance) No weekends!

Pay & Benefits:

• $21-24/hour (pay is based on education and experience)

As an AlphaBEST Summer Camp Director, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care, learning, and excitement to our children.
• Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.

Here's what you'll need:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED,
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
