We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to join our team. The Concrete Project Manager will be responsible for managing project cost, schedule, and performance to ensure successful completion within company standards and objectives. They will oversee project activities from bid to closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivering high-quality work.

Essential Duties:

• Generate, review, and approve estimates, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Manage overall project management, including profit/loss and successful completion from bid to closeout.
• Investigate and address potential serious situations, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Create, review, and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare project documents such as progress reports, schedule updates, and financial/budget updates.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to plan and direct project activities.
• Confer with other project managers and superintendents to discuss work procedures, complaints, and construction issues.
• Monitor project progress for schedule adherence and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with RFI's, RFP's, and CO's that impact the original contract work.
• Draft contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Monitor project scope for changes affecting budget and schedule, and communicate with customers regarding adjustments.
• Address daily issues and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
• Identify solutions for problems that may impede project progress or affect customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in construction management or a related engineering field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction and/or project management, with a preference for concrete-related expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel) and MAC Suites required.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat preferred.
• Experience with project management accounting software is a plus.
• Offer of employment contingent upon passing a state/federal background check and pre-employment drug test.

The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $100k-$130k annual salary.
