We are looking for dedicated coaches for our Nike Volleyball Camp at USF, Tampa FL

The ideal candidate will have the following:

· Previous coaching experience (2 years preferred).

· Previous camp experience

· A fun and bubbly personality to engage children and parents.

· Great communication skills.

· Passion for working with young children.

Duties entail but not to limited to:

Assisting the head coach: As a junior volleyball camp coach you are responsible for assisting the coach in organizing and conducting training sessions and drills. 5 hours of daily instructions per day.

Help young athletes develop their volleyball skills by providing instruction and guidance. Teach basic techniques such as passing, serving, setting, and hitting, and work on improving individual and team performance.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of camp participants is a crucial duty for a junior camp coach. They are responsible for supervising players during training sessions, games, and other camp activities outside of training, making sure they follow safety guidelines and adhere to proper sportsmanship.

Play a role in motivating and encouraging young athletes. Always provide positive reinforcement, praise their efforts, and help build confidence in their abilities. Always make sure the campers are having the best camp experience possible.

* You are required to assist in the weekly and daily check-in/check-out, and registration process.

The individual will receive a base pay of $500 per week Lunch will be provided

*Camp dates: June 10 - 14 & June 17-21

Nike summer camp apparel will also be provided for free.

This is a position for individuals who like to provide kids with a great summer experience, not only to be better athletes when they leave camp, but also to become better people.
