Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Perform nondestructive and destructive failure analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SEM, EDX, optical microscope, cross-sectioning, parallel lapping, package decapsulation, chemical etching.
• Familiar with X-rays, CSAM.
• Familiar with Liquid crystal, Emission microscopy techniques is a plus.
• Perform electrical tests using power supply, digital multimeter, curve tracer.
• Produce detail FA reports.
• Maintain FA lab equipment, keep inventory of lab chemicals and supplies.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
