Carvalho Garden and Country Garden are long-term care, skilled nursing facilities. We are currently hiring an Admission Director. Come join our team!

You would be covering/floating between two skilled nursing facilities that are 15 mins apart.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Centers customer referral flow admissions process with urgency and follow through skills including community sales, referral management, and admission sign in, through post admission.

Meet census goals by working with the Centers interdisciplinary team to coordinate appropriate customer care.

Assure that the appropriate medical and financial reports/records are provided to the facility prior to or upon the resident’s admission (signing process). Remain in compliance with timeliness.

Requirements:

Strong assessment skills preferred

Be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.

Bi-lingual is helpful

RN / LPN also a plus
