Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our healthcare facility. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for managing and coordinating all nursing activities, ensuring the highest level of patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans for patients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medical protocols
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursing staff, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology, nursing practices, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
