Alpha Fit Club, located at NJ-73s in Marlton, NJ, is a premier group fitness training program for all fitness levels. This circuit-style concept features a blend of total body strength training, coupled with high-intensity cardio. Members rotate through six stations in accountability packs of four people, challenging themselves for six minutes at each station. Each station varies between cardio and strength, or a combination of the two, which can be scaled for any fitness level.

We are seeking candidates to join our incredible team at Alpha Fit Club Marlton! We are looking for group fitness coaches to provide the ultimate member experience and to help grow our community.

*MUST BE CERTIFIED UNDER A RECOGNIZED NATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND HAVE PRIOR GROUP FITNESS EXPERIENCE*

The ideal candidate would be someone with:

• Who engages with members and helps grow the AFC community
• Executes High Energy and Positive Classes
• A Leader, a Team Player, and a Great Teammate
• Passionate on helping others and willing to put in the work
• Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead between 3-4 Classes Per Week
• Ability to sell the AFC membership with ease and enthusiasm.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager with equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Coaches his/her team to have effective and efficient classes
• Able to Modify workouts if there are technical issues (equipment malfunctions)
• Be able to take feedback from Head Coach and Operations Manager
• Create a healthy and positive environment in the workplace
• Help retain memberships and building an AFC community
• Interested in further pursuing their career.
