Primary Responsibilities

Alpha Energy Solar Sales Representatives work directly with homeowners via outside sales. Our appointment-setters develop relationships and inform homeowners about the importance of renewable energy and the benefits that come with it. Within this non-traditional work environment, you can create your own schedule, achieve uncapped earnings, and continue to advance both personally and professionally.

● Set appointments with qualified homeowners via outside sales

● Expand public knowledge of the benefits of transitioning to solar energy

● Determine the needs of a customer and deliver quality service

● Maintain relationships with current and future homeowners within the community

Requirements:

● Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

● Reliable transportation

● Commitment to a full-time schedule

● Availability to begin on-site training within 2 weeks

● Portable electronic devices (cellphone, tablet, etc.)

● Effective communication skills

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Schedule: 9/10am‒6/7pm (Monday through Friday; weekend availability)

Compensation:

● Full-commission earnings

● Commission salary: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually
