Alpha Bravo Construction LLC is Hiring a Site Project Coordinator Fulltime/Part Time Near Lakewood, CO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our 12-story hotel renovation team for 2 years and support our renovation operations with efficient inventory management and administrative assistance. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth control of material in and out of our site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing construction materials and supplies. Major materials will be Floor, Wall, and Ceiling Finishes, and MEP Fixtures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Assist the site superintendent in daily operations by providing administrative support and schedule inspections.
  • Record and document inspections and site activities, maintaining accurate records for reference and reporting purposes.
  • Control all documents such as plans and submittals and make sure the site team using the latest version of all.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify any discrepancies or shortages, taking proactive measures to address issues.
  • Maintain site log, record minutes of meetings, and share with team weekly reports in Excel & word.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, and site visits with subcontractors.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the site superintendent or management team.

Requirements:

  • Flexible Working Hours. 4 to 5 Hours per 5 days on site is preferred.
  • Flexible to come on Saturday for material receiving if any delivery is scheduled for Saturday.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent email communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook Email).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
