With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our Mercedes Benz of Fresno location is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the team

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers by directing them to appropriate dealership personnel and departments.
• Respond to customer queries in a tailored and timely fashion, in person, by phone and email.
• Accurately maintain, update and manage customer database capturing all key sales details.
• Work to meet, and when possible, exceed goals and objectives set out by leadership and the sales department related to the requirements of the position.
• Maximize the profitability of each sale by selling vehicle accessories and aftermarket services.
• Verify and confirm the completion of all vehicle sales documentation.
• Responsible for the delivery preparation of all vehicles sold, ensuring that purchased options have been properly installed and that all features are fully operational.
• Coordinate delivery of vehicles to customers.

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to those with experience in a delivery coordination role within the automotive industry, but consideration will also be given to those with phone based customer service experience.
• Highly effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders.
• Detail and process oriented with great problem solving and analytical skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid Driver's License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
