Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Intake Coordinator with a strong background in business development to join our team. The Intake Coordinator will play a critical role in the growth and success of our agency by overseeing the intake process for new clients and driving business development initiatives to expand our client base and reach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake process for new clients, including conducting initial visits with prospective patients in their home or healthcare facility
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referral sources, providing information about our services and answering any questions or concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, case managers, and other referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure that client needs are met and that services are delivered in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to promote our services and increase awareness of our agency within the community.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to home health services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
