Here's what you will need:

• Must be detail-oriented, follow established procedures, multitask, stay focused, work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are required to effectively work with Account Management, Shipping, Fulfillment, Receiving, Production, and Project Management
• To be well versed in Windows, Microsoft Office, MAC
• Be enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate College
• A minimum of two years of experience in college-level education focused on business, engineering, or science.

• Assisting in designing companywide campaigns, furthering ALOM ESG efforts, supporting mentorship initiatives, and assisting employee resource groups
• Helping increase employee participation in ESG programs
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on various ESG programs (EcoVadis, SBTi, etc.)
• Identifying opportunities to improve the company's ESG efforts and assisting in managing ESG-related activities
• Evaluating and reporting on ESG Performance metrics
• Assisting in the certification processes for ISO 14001 and ISO 14064-1
• Researching on special projects when requested by the Supervisor
• Following procedures and work instructions as applicable
• Informing the supervisor of work status, suggestions, and any concerns.
• Communicating well with peers, superiors, and others in the company.
