Here's what you will need:

  • 2 years of related experience
  • Quality Control experience a plus
  • Experience with SharePoint, Windows, Microsoft Office
  • Naturally well-organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and motivated
  • Be knowledgeable of setting up and maintaining document records/data management systems to capture all documents and record control requirements, including maintenance of files, quality assurance, information conversions, and systems automation
  • The ability to manage changing priorities and to work to deadlines
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent technical degree and experience
You will be responsible for, but are not limited to:
  • Researching, interpreting, and staying up to date on local, state, and federal regulations related to facility licensing (3PL and CMO)
  • Initiate and complete the application process for facility licenses (California and Indiana)
  • Creating and managing a centralized repository for all licensing documentation
  • Preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports to regulatory agencies as required (initial, renewal, and as required)
  • Assisting in preparing and updating documents, including procedures, work instructions, and SOPs for Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QEMS)
  • Working closely with Clients, Account Management team, and Operations, and working cross-functionally in integrating processes into Assembly Instructions (AI)
  • Attending meetings and communicating timely and effectively as needed with Clients and stakeholders
  • Creating and updating documents and subsequent versions; ensuring that only the latest document version is available
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create and refine best practices
  • Focusing on record coding/management and retention accuracy to ensure proper handling of all QEMS documents
  • Performing daily document management tasks such as naming and enforcing document management protocols
  • Managing document processes and systems (including Work Order Traveler as applicable) to ensure control and availability of documentation to site personnel
  • Assisting in GDP implementation and audit records with respect to GDP standards
  • Supporting Inspector activities as needed
  • Assisting in calibration, KPI/metrics activities as required
  • Supporting other activities as directed by the supervisor
