Job Title : Operator 1 PackagingOperations
Location : Hunt Valley MD
Duration : 12 Month (Possibility of extension)
Shift Timing : Mon Fri 2pm 10 : 30pm
Job Description :
- Responsible for the manual inspection labelingand packaging of clinical and commercial products.
- Perform finished product packaging as required to satisfyall customer internal clinical and other demand.
- Ensure finished product is packaged in accordance withprocedures and Quality specifications.
- Inspect inprocess packaging components to ensureconsistent quality and remove defective products and packagingmaterial.
- Maintain timely and accuratedocumentation of manufacturing activities related to productpackaging including but not limited to device history records andinventory counts.
- Perform simple mathematicalcalculations required to assist in completion of batch records.
- Assist with inventory counting activities asrequired.
- Participate in safety audits asrequired and actively engage in daily safetydiscussions / observations.
- Perform routinecleaning of packaging station and processing equipment.
- Abide by all personal protective equipment and productcontamination control (i.e. gowning) requirements.
- Handle hazardous waste as appropriate.
- High school diploma / GED.
- A minimumof 6 months of industry work experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Gooddocumentation practices.
- Must be willing andable to work a flexible work schedule including static or rotatingshifts and overtime as required.
- Familiaritywith computers and various software for general businessfunctionality.
- Must be able to perform basicmathematical calculations.
