Aloha Hospitality Professionals is Hiring an Overnight Cleaning Operations Manager Near Kapolei, HI

Position: Overnight Operations Manager - Janitorial Services

Location: Ko Olina, HI

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Annually

We are in search of a skilled and strategic-minded professional to fill the role of Operations Manager within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in directing the leadership team and team members to ensure clean, healthy, orderly, safe, and attractive conditions of the property.
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas using professional cleaning tools, supplies, and chemicals.
  • Demonstrate commitment to work ethic, team support, high performance, and self-growth development.
  • Develop positive working relationships with team members.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to company and departmental procedures.
  • Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and emergency procedures.
  • Develop and assist in departmental training programs.
  • Manage labor and expenses within budget parameters.
  • Inspect all areas daily and monitor workflow to ensure cleanliness.
  • Ensure team members work safely and comply with regulations.
  • Provide daily reports and conduct scheduled walkthroughs with clients.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and chemical inventory.
  • Prepare and adjust schedules as needed within budget and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure team adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Communicate operational challenges to the Assistant General Manager.
  • Maintain a professional image and positive company impression.
  • Participate in cleaning activities alongside staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a crew of 25 or more.
  • Minimum 4 years of facilities management in the janitorial industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and maintain simple documents.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and sanitary practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and various environmental conditions.
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Shift: Full-time, Overnight/Graveyard shift starting as early as 9:00 PM and departing as late as 8:00 AM. Responsible for attending at least 3 walk-throughs a week with clients.
