Job Opportunity: IT Support Technician
Are you passionate about technology and problem-solving? Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Technician in the vibrant Waikiki area! We're offering a competitive salary ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for users.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both in person and remotely.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions and enhancements.
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Experience with setting up and configuring computer networks (LAN/WAN).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
