Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented Team Members for our small family-owned Hawaii Shave Ice business. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

-Providing excellent customer service

-Creating Authentic Hawaii Style Shave Ice (which you will be properly trained on)

-Processing transactions accurately w/ Square POS system (Cash & Credit Card)

-Maintaining a clean and organized work area

-Able to work in a fast-paced environment

-Obtain a current Food Handlers Certification

If you love Shave Ice, you'll love learning how to create Hawaii style cold treats and learning the lingo.

We are currently open the following days/times: Wednesday to Sunday

• Wed & Thurs 4:30pm-8:30pm
• Fridays 4:30pm-9:30pm
• Saturdays 12:30-9:30pm
• Sundays 12:30-8:30pm

Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash & credit card transactions
- Maintain knowledge of our Menu & our company's story (flavors, toppings, Hawaii terms)
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information (Loyalty cards, Events, etc)
- Maintain clean and organized work space
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality of products
- Communication with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using cash registers or point-of-sale systems (Square POS system)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Outgoing to sell products or promote our Hawaii Style Shave Ice and tropical flavors
