Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, promotions, and daily specials
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Skills:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or banquet setting preferred
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team

Pay: $9.50 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
