```Duties``` - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment - Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met - Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels - Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas - Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role - Knowledge of floor care techniques, custodial practices, and industrial cleaning methods - Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations and standards - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
