**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations. **Duties:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment. - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. - Respond to maintenance requests from staff and address them in a timely manner. - Keep accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. **Skills:** - Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and vendors. - Proficiency in English for effective communication. - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment. - Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking. - Ability to weld and fabricate metal structures. - Knowledge of logic controllers for equipment maintenance. - Experience in facilities maintenance including HVAC systems. - Leadership skills for supervising maintenance projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
