Alnoba Lewis Family Foundation is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Kensington, NH

Position Summary

We seek a results-oriented Marketing Manager to advance the Alnoba Lewis Family Foundation’s marketing efforts and plans in the key areas of website, email, social media, and events while also helping us achieve our financial, participation and excellence metrics. This is a hands-on operational position. The ideal candidate is a highly structured, seasoned program and marketing leader with solid experience in developing content for online and offline channels, assisting with building a loyal community of customers, and database management.

Qualifications:

  • Exemplify the company values, especially open and courageous communication, risk taking and teamwork
  • Experience with WordPress, Eventbrite, MailChimp and Excel: must be able to juggle multiple platforms and understand the impact of each independently and together.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills that ensure the content of all emails and marketing are accurate and impactful in delivery.
  • Able to create videos and content for newsletters
  • Successful project manager with proven ability to create and manage multiple budgets, plans and projects simultaneously
  • Proven results in achieving sales, participation and excellence goals
  • Ability to balance creative and operational aspects of the position
  • Track record of creating content that advances the organization's mission
  • Expertise in marketing plans with emphasis on digital marketing
  • Exemplify the company values
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience working within a fast moving, mission-focused organization

Top 5 Position Goals:

  • Position Alnoba as the leading place worldwide for social mission & leadership. Key areas to include website, email, social media, and events.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing successful social mission events, leadership sales and reporting on Strategic Partners.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper of the marketing calendar, operating guidelines, and templates.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and aligned with partner departments.
  • Establish marketing reporting to track results, identify variances and take action to meet/exceed goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
