Territory Manager – Skincare


Summary

The Territory Manager Skincare is responsible for achieving sales targets within their assigned territory. Call points will include Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Medical Spas as well as other specialties offering aesthetic medical treatments under the guidance of a physician. The Skincare Market Specialist will be responsible for developing their territory by selling the skincare line into existing Alma customers as well as to other medical aesthetic practices, building a pipeline of leads and opportunities to pursue. Additionally, the Skincare Market Specialist will be responsible for educating the staff at their accounts on the skincare line and support sell-through to maintain a high percentage of reorders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales achievements as well as a strong cold-calling skills to open new business. Medical grade skincare knowledge is essential. The Skincare Market Specialist must be able to work collaboratively with their Practice Support Specialist and Capital Sales team in the field. This role requires a resourceful, independent, and self-disciplined spirit with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.


Essential Functions

  • Responsible for educating the staff at their accounts on the skincare line and support sell-through to maintain a high percentage of reorders.
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment process.

Education and Experience Required

  • High School, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years sales experience preferably in Medical or Cosmetics Industry
  • Knowledge of skincare ingredients and awareness of product positioning


Skills Required

  • Proven track record of sales achievements as well as a strong cold-calling skills to open new business.

  • Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Salesforce experience, highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct reports but assists in mentoring peers and other departments as needed.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.


Travel

This position requires 60% travel as needed.
