Allyn International is currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team in Fort Myers, FL! Allyn is a privately held professional services firm established in 1992. What does an Implementation Specialist do? Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing specifics client(s) accounts and project(s) under Allyn processes/services. The Specialist ensures understanding of strategic goals, objectives and timelines of each transition/project. The Specialist needs to understand the process when developing a comprehensive implementation project plan with timelines, milestones, and owners. The role involved very tight cooperation with operations, sourcing IT, HR and other functional areas. The implementation plans are reported out with the progress made on regular basis to a defined distribution list. The Implementation Specialist develops training documents as well as other supporting materials for successful transition.
Position Details:
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Position/Classification: Full-Time; Exempt
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 gross annually
Hours of Work: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Basic requirements:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s in Logistics or equivalent college degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
• Project management experience
• Domestic and international logistics experience preferred: transportation, customs, warehousing, supply chain principles, geographical concerns, political nuances of economic zones

Items you'll support and work on:

• Develop and lead a successful business implementation based on Allyn and client objectives
• Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans, and communicate status to Allyn management and clients as needed
• Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan, and schedule
• Assess and understand client’s as-is processes and develop and implement to-be processes according to the project objectives
• Carry out tracking and delivery of assigned projects
• Ensure that all requisite system enhancements relative to the new business are in place and operating effectively
• Assess and aid in development of system and application enhancements according to business and implementation needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
• Appropriately and effectively manage client expectations
• Assist in onboarding and training of Allyn International personnel in supporting new clients
• Assist or develop training documents and other supporting materials
• Responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for ongoing business and transitioning the project to the operations or other teams as needed
• Publish metrics measuring accounts performance
• Surface and implement productivity improvements
• Periodically travel to clients locations

• Support marketing efforts such as article publications, launching campaigns
• Participate in sales, marketing, and business development, as needed
