- Conducts pre-billing scrub of session data to ensure compliance with internal standards and generation of clean and accurate claims for submission to funders
- Generates and exports claims regularly, in accordance with Ally's internal clean claim standards
- Conducts regular reviews of unbilled sessions to ensure avoidance of timely filing denials and adherence to internal DSO and timely filing benchmarks
- Works with internal stakeholders to resolve pre-billing holds and issues
- Identifies demographic and authorization issues and assigns tasks to RCM team to resolve and prevent future denials or rejections
- Generates and exports secondary claims
- Generates and posts monthly patient invoices and ensures high levels of patient satisfaction with cost of services, invoice, and payment process
- CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certified, or willing to obtain within 90 days
- Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare administration, finance, or information systems, preferred
- 3 years' experience in a medical or behavioral health group practice with emphasis on back-office functions, preferred
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, education and training
