Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31,200 per year ($15/hr) Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Marketing Specialist Job Description Ally Home Care is seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish), with a secondary role as a Marketing Specialist for our Salisbury, NC location! As Administrative Assistant and Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for supporting all tasks related to employee and client support, as well as supporting the Agency Team. You will be a part of the team responsible for managing branch operations & growth. Develop and implement a Team - Based, Agency - Level Marketing Plan to include; Analyzing local healthcare systems, identifying & meeting needs of customers, determining core competitive advantages; building a core selling message, establishing reach and frequency for target customers and prospects and; coordinating selling strategies and tactics
Conduct External Sales Calls on target market in order to execute Agency Marketing Plan and achieve Census & Hours
Promotes Home Care Services within the community and builds / sustain relationships with external healthcare providers
Plan, organize and implement special events for the agency to promote further growth development
Develop positive, professional working relationships with local Hospitals, Discharge Planners, Social Workers, Case Workers, Physicians, Senior Resource Centers, Dialysis Centers, Skilled Nursing Centers, Managed Care Organizations, and other healthcare providers
Assist with employee matching to ensure adequate staffing
Manages, drives and maintains Customer Service Policy & Procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other task as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be computer literate and proficient
Work History / Experience:
1-3 Years of management experience. Home Health or Healthcare preferred
Customer Service: 1 Year (preferred)
