Partner with the bestAs a Safety Valve Assembler, you will assemble complex components per assembly drawings / bill of material. Performs functional testing on assemblies. Tests assemblies per customer and/or division criteria. Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards. Applies settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools. Performs torquing of various components. Distributes quality notifications (qn's).

As a Safety Valve Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Repairing safety relief valves to National Board VR Code
- Testing safety valves with air, water, & steam
- Reading and interpret manufacturers drawings and spring charts
- Understanding of Steam boiler operating and testing
- Applying measurement & math skills to verify critical dimensions
- Performing machine and hand lapping of nozzles and discs
- Performing valve write-up
- Understanding the Pressure and leak test valves to National Board, API, and ASME standards
- Have a High School Diploma or higher
- 1 Years experience with the Assembly of Safety Valves is preferred
- Experience working with Dial Calipers
- Experience working with Micrometers
- Experience working with Consolidated products a plus
- Working 1st shift, Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
