Ally Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop, window treatments, appliances, wire shelving, glass enclosure products, millwork, expert installation services, as well as design studio solutions to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay and Fort Myers.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support to join our team. The Sales Support position plays a critical role in assisting the Account Executives and Account Managers and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

Responsibilities :

• Builder communication with new bids, updated pricing etc.
• Help with scope of work reviews to ensure that all costs are captured on CMAs.
• Updating builder checklists and builder profiles as needed.
• Support in getting selection sheets and model selection sheet discrepancies clarified and or corrected.
• Support with back-order materials and re-selections from the builders.
• Help with accounts receivable and open EPOs for each prospective builder.
• Support the Account Executives / Account Managers with Bids and estimating tracking emails concerning questions on specific bids.
• Builder association networking.

Requirements :

• Advanced Microsoft Office / Excel skills required.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to understand business situations and make decisions that lead to successful outcomes.
• Enthusiastic work ethic, willing to learn.
• Four-year college degree in business administration or equivalent work experience a plus.
