Ally Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop, window treatment, wire shelving and glass enclosure products, millwork and expert installation services, as well as design studio solutions, to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa.

We are looking to add a Millwork Production Associate to our team. Experience in millwork production is preferred, but are willing to train individuals that are responsible, have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Millwork Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Safely use tools and machines to assemble raw wood components into finished goods.
• Ensure all materials are offloaded properly according to safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced according to established protocols.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure thar materials and equipment are accounted for to minimize loss, waste, and damage.
• Perform on-going self-quality control inspections to detect fabrication errors and / or problems.
• Thoroughly review and understand information on job paperwork before starting projects.
• Effectively manage time to ensure job completion is timely and thorough.
• Other duties as assigned.

Millwork Production Associate Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in reading a tape measure.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Working knowledge of millwork preferred but not required.
