IT Operations Associate

at our New York, NY office. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of asset management processes and order fulfillment in coordination with our internal teams and global 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain computerized inventory and order tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Process and accurately input data related to IT assets, incoming shipments, and outgoing deliveries.
• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively on a daily basis, with a constant focus on SLA adherence.
• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of deliveries and pickups, optimizing logistics operations across regions.
• Prepare various reports and documents as required to support asset management processes.
• Maintain meticulous records and files to ensure compliance and facilitate auditing processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any issues and optimize asset management processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives and organizational needs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or asset management role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in computer hardware and systems, basic data entry, and asset / inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in data analytics to extract meaningful insights.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of IT assets; prior IT experience is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of MDM systems, Apple Business Manager, and InTune
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
