Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers to the dealership lot - Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance - Drive vehicles to designated areas on the lot - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot - Assist with valet parking for dealership events - Provide exceptional guest services to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle cash transactions accurately and securely Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred - Familiarity with cash register operation and retail math - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling Please note that this position may require occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.
