We have multiple openings for Production Technicians. Positions starting at a minimum of $26.50/hr, depending on experience.

MUST be able to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days on, then 7 days off.

Schedule: Days = 6AM - 6PM & Nights = 6PM - 6AM

(night shift gets an additional $1.20/hr differential)

Essential Functions (not limited to):
· Responsible for proper operation of the sheet machine that rolls slurry into green sheets

· Must have strong observation skills and multi-tasking, with mechanical knowledge

· Strong communications skills, performing quality checks, and be willing to clean and maintain work area and equipment

· Uses MMI system to operate machines and verify product specifications

Must be able to:
* Work 12 hour shifts, with the potential of 7-8 days in a row when product order volume is high.
* Work overtime as requested
* Ability to work safely and adhere to all safety policies
* Works under pressure safely, to do your part in helping the team can meet production goals

Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age
* Must be legal to work in the US and provide legal documentation verifying such
* Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
* Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
* Must be able to work consecutive 12-hour shifts, standing
* Successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen, as we are a No-Tolerance, Drug-free Workplace which includes recreational and/or medical marijuana.
