Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Perform material handling activities: pull kits, issue materials, support material requests, receive and return materials, fill shortages, handle customer pulls.
- Maintain warehouse and stockroom: rotate parts, stock shelves, pre-bag and pre-pack finished goods.
- Ensure material accuracy: conduct cycle counts, identify and report inventory errors, follow good inventory practices.
- Provide additional support: data entry, audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customers’ quality and delivery expectations.
- Work with internal customers and suppliers.
- Operate forklift as needed (training provided).
- Identify and complete tasks efficiently.
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/shipping environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented, willing to learn.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
