Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Calls : Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss insurance options and provide guidance.

Client Retention : Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Networking : Attend events and collaborate with local businesses to expand the client base and promote agency services.

Continuous Training : Stay informed about industry trends and product changes to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirement

Licensing : Possess or obtain a valid Tennessee insurance license. We will help you obtain and reimburse you for out of pocket expenses.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred, but not required. We will train you!

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

Customer Focus : Commitment to providing outstanding service, addressing client needs, and exceeding expectations.
